Kyle Caniglia
Kyle Caniglia is the Chief Operating Officer of Coastal Risk Consulting (CRC), a data analytics company that provides both real-time geospatial flood alerts and predicative flood modeling for commercial clients, consumer customers and the government. Kyle is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm to include oversight of finance, marketing, technology and operations. Prior to his current role, Caniglia served as a Strategic Advisor to the company.
Kyle has twenty years of experience leading organizations through change & growth while delivering increased revenue, expense optimization and risk mitigation. He is the founder and President of Guidon Capital Partners, a veteran-owned, private investment company that focuses on growing small businesses.
Prior to Guidon, Caniglia was a senior executive at Ally Financial where his responsibilities included developing new lines of revenue, executing M&A transactions, leading the global procurement organization, and restructuring operations. Previously, he held leadership positions in marketing, technology, operations and Six Sigma at both Bank of America and GE.
Kyle began his career as a Field Artillery officer in the U.S. Army. While on active duty, he served in multiple leadership positions including Platoon Leader & Executive Officer, and deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina for Operation Joint Forge.
Kyle holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and is a distinguished military graduate with a BS in Chemistry from the University of Richmond. He serves as the Chairman of the McEvoy Foundation, the Treasurer of the ITriForGood Foundation and is an Elder at Providence Presbyterian Church. He resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two children.
